1/2 c no fat yogurt 90 cals if greek, no fat
1 banana 100 cals
1 scoop protein powder - check your powder
1/4 tsp almond flavoring
1-2 Tablespoons Flax Seed (adds a great nutty taste) 45 cal, 3 fat per tablespoon
5-6 ice cubes
Put it all in a blender and blend away. This is so delicious and fast. You just have to sit down and enjoy it!
